There are many things that you as a diver can do to maintain your equipment and the Equipment Specialty course is just the place to learn how to do that maintenance. This course covers BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, dry suits and many more of the equipment items used while diving. You will learn the following:

* Theory, principles and operation of dive equipment
* Proper cleaning of equipment
* Proper storage
* Transportation and storage of dive cylinders
* Field repairs
* Wetsuit repairs
* Minor regulator repairs
* BCD repairs

The tuition of this course is $150 and includes the student manual and certification fee.

• Minimum 15 years of age
• Open Water Diver certification or higher
